About Helena Living

Helena Living is part of Helena Partnerships, the largest social housing provider in St Helens, looking after 12,500 properties across the Borough and the tenants who live there. Living has been launched to offer a range of affordable housing options to people who live or work in St Helens who have struggled to afford to buy their new home.

Our shared ownership properties will mean customers can buy a share in a new home and pay a small rent on the remainder – making what was previously inaccessible - affordable.
